Heinicke has over 20 years of experience in planning and sustainability here in Portland. She has a Masters of Urban and Regional Planning and graduate certificate in Real Estate Development, both from PSU, and has been adjunct faculty in the Master of Real Estate Development Program. Prior to joining PSU, Sarah led complex, multi-party projects including affordable housing, sustainability initiatives and urban planning projects for a firm she founded in 2011, Verditas Consulting. Sarah was the founding Executive Director of Lloyd Ecodistrict and has worked for both PBOT and Prosper Portland.
